In Frankfurt's suburbs - in Zeilsheim - 18 apartments for families are being built along the Pfaffenwiese. The entrance with access core is located at the northern rear, while the separate residential building at the back is accessed via the inner courtyard.

The green residential courtyard is structured by an 80 cm high platform, which is functionally due to the underpass of the underground parking ramp. Circumferential steps lead to a special garden, with play equipment and garbage cans integrated into the platform.

The authorities intend to take up the typology of the old town of Zeilsheim. The elongated structure along the Pfaffenwiese must be subdivided in the area of the underground parking garage entrance, and the street front is contoured by dwarf houses. The structure is designed as a modern residential building with clear edges, recessed pitched roofs and clean eaves lines
