22 apartments for families are being planned close to the Limesstadt in Schwalbach am Taunus. The main entrance leads from the historic Postweg via the front building into
the green residential courtyard to the rear building. The residential courtyard offers places to relax under trees and a fountain. The presumably heterogeneous residents may be spared the usual anonymity of residential complexes.

The building mass is structured by four main buildings, which are connected by a central section with a respective access core. The simple, elegant structures are structured by finely proportioned projections and recesses and have clean edges. The tall, narrow windows taper upwards and are proportionally coordinated with the façade, while the narrow formats are due to the current climate development.

Despite the car-sharing option offered by the town of Schwalbach, the investor insists on building an underground garage underneath the entire property. Two parking spaces will be created for each apartment in order to offer prospective buyers the greatest possible convenience.
